At Kettles & Carats, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in new and unused condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Must include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Jewelry items must have hygiene seals intact (if applicable)
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale itemsTo start a return, please contact our support team at support@kettlesandcarats.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
- If rejected (due to signs of use or damage), we’ll notify you with further options.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product—subject to availability. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
