Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unworn, unused, and non-personalised jewellery within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging

  • With all tags and hygiene seals intact (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalised jewellery

  • Gift cards or sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

⏳ Return Window

You must notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

💷 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll be notified by email when the refund has been processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage — we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

💔 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage if needed.

📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@kettlesandcarats.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm if your item is eligible and provide return instructions.

  3. Send the item back within 14 days of approval.
